How does the Extra Virgin come out

The farm aims to inform the costumers and users on the chain of extra virgin olive oil, starting from its origins until the latest innovations.
It will be dedicated half day, structured in different ways, depending on the season.

From the end of September to the end of October, period of harvest and transformation of  olives into extra virgin oil, it will be possible to assist at the stages of the chain: harvest and milling according to the European methods.  Finally there will be a tasting  of the olive oil and its combination with food.

During the other periods, the history and the culture of the territory express them selves through the olive trees, natural works of art,  a vision of the chain with stopped machines, the tasting of the oil and its combining with food.
